, ,About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Analytics/ Reporting Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. This role is key to streamlining our hiring processes, tracking talent analytics at both individual and team levels, and monitoring key metrics to enhance both candidate and hiring manager experiences. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and will play a pivotal role in optimizing recruitment outcomes both in the short and long term.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with various HR functions to understand data needs and deliver reporting solutions that drive recruiting success.

Design and maintain Talent Acquisition metrics dashboards, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and ease of interpretation.

Analyze Talent Acquisition data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in our hiring process.

Generate regular and ad-hoc Talent Acquisition reports, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

Develop predictive models and forecasting tools to anticipate HR-related needs and trends.

Stay updated on industry best practices in TA analytics and reporting.

Support the team with data-driven recruiting decisions, resulting in improved long-term outcomes.
Qualifications:

Master’s degree preferred (Preferably from IIM, 2022/2023 batch).

2+ years of experience in TA analytics, reporting, or a similar role, ideally with experience in a high-growth environment.

Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and HRMS platforms.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.

Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques.

Good communication skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong attention to detail, with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
