About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and creative Intern -  Brand Marketing to join our growing team. This role will support our brand strategy while playing a key role in organising and managing events that enhance our brand presence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand execution across all channels, while also overseeing event management and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy and Management:

  • Assist in executing the overall brand strategy in alignment with the company's vision and business objectives.

  • Support the development and implementation of brand communication plans across various platforms.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.

Event Planning and Coordination:

  • Lead the coordination and execution of both internal and external events, including roundtables, sponsored events, conferences, webinars, and others

  • Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery.

  • Ensure event branding is consistent and aligned with company standards.

Campaign Support:

  • Assist in the creation of integrated marketing campaigns that build brand awareness and drive engagement.

  • Coordinate with the design team to develop marketing materials and content for campaigns.

  • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to optimise future efforts.

Social Media and Digital Marketing:

  • Manage social channels, and drive content generation by collaborating with cross-functional teams

  • Monitor trends, create reports to analyse what’s working, and what’s not

Project and Stakeholder Management:

  • Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for both brand marketing and event projects.

  • Work closely with the internal teams to ensure alignment on event logistics and branding goals.

  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to keep projects on track.

Vendor and Partner Coordination:

  • Liaise with external partners, including event venues, vendors, and agencies, to ensure successful project execution.

  • Handle negotiations and agreements with vendors to optimise event budgets and resources.

Qualifications:

  • Fresher - 2024 passout (BBA, B.com or MBA) internship experience in brand marketing and event management, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Proven experience in managing events, with a strong attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines, working both independently and within a team.

  • Familiarity with brand campaigns, digital marketing and social media campaigns.

  • Strong interpersonal and writing skills to coordinate with various teams and external partners and manage external communications.
