Assistant Manager - Outbound Sales

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager for our Outbound Sales team, focused on merchant acquiring for D2C brands. In this hunting role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and showcasing our payment solutions to drive sales growth. Your ability to build relationships and effectively communicate the value of our offerings will be crucial to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to showcase Cashfree Payments' products and services
- Understand client needs and tailor presentations to demonstrate how our solutions can address their challenges
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and materials to support sales efforts
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide feedback to product and marketing teams on customer needs and market trends
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in payment solutions
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0 - 2 years of experience in outbound sales
- Should have the hunger to achieve sales targets and drive growth
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade stakeholders
- Excellent negotiation skills and a customer-centric approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
