Marketing Manager – Disbursals Suite
Location: Bangalore 
Experience: Minimum 3+ Years (B2B experience preferred, fintech experience is a plus)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies, ensuring clear product positioning, messaging, and market differentiation.

  • Product Launches: Plan and execute product launches, create marketing campaigns, and monitor adoption to drive growth.

  • Positioning & Messaging: Craft compelling value propositions and narratives tailored to various customer segments.

  • Event Marketing: Lead the execution of offline (booths, summits) and online events (webinars, podcasts) to build brand awareness and engagement.

  • Brand Initiatives: Drive customer advocacy programs and influencer marketing to strengthen brand credibility.

  • Co-Branded Collaborations: Partner with customers, banks, and other stakeholders on joint marketing initiatives.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and engineering teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

  • Performance Metrics: Analyze campaign performance, optimize strategies, and ensure strong ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product marketing (B2B experience preferred; fintech is a bonus).

  • Proven expertise in GTM strategy, product launches, and positioning.

  • Strong experience with event marketing and co-branded initiatives.

  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to deliver impactful, data-driven marketing campaigns.
