Designation: Intern - Inbound Sales
What You Will Do:
● Conduct outbound calls to clients or potential leads to gather information, verify details,
or promote services/products.
● Assist in lead generation and qualification through phone-based interactions.
● Support the team with follow-up calls and scheduling appointments.
● Manage call scripts and provide product or service information to clients.
● Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and customer interactions in CRM
systems.
● Respond to inquiries and resolve basic customer issues through phone communication.
● Contribute to performance reports and tracking metrics related to calling efforts.
● Collaborate with the sales or marketing team to meet call targets and improve outreach
strategies.
What You Will Need:
● Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in [related field, e.g., Business,
Marketing, Communications, etc.].
● Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
● Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
● Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or CRM software.
● Previous internship or experience in customer service/calling operations is a plus, but
not mandatory.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
