Assistant Manager / Manager - Sales Operations (Sales Trainer & Quality Process)

What You’ll Do:
- Training and Development for Sales Team:
- Plan and execute training sessions to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.
- Develop tailored training modules based on audit outcomes and business requirements.
- Daily Call Audits and Reporting:
- Perform detailed audits of sales calls to ensure compliance with scripts, quality standards, and company policies.
- Prepare and share regular audit reports with actionable insights for the team and management.
- Identifying Gaps and Providing Training:
- Analyze call audits to identify skill gaps, process inefficiencies, or knowledge deficiencies.
- Collaborate with team leads to implement corrective measures through focused training sessions.
- Compliance and Process Adherence:
- Ensure the sales team complies with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Regularly update and communicate compliance checklists to the team.
- Performance Monitoring and Feedback:
- Provide constructive feedback to sales representatives to improve their communication and negotiation skills.
- Monitor progress and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions taken.
- Developing Quality Standards:
- Establish and maintain benchmarks for call quality and customer interaction.
- Regularly review and revise quality standards to align with business goals.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders:
- Work closely with sales managers and team leads to align audit objectives with team goals.
- Share insights from audits to improve overall sales strategies and processes.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 5 - 8 years experience in the fintech industry preferably in online payments
- 2+ experience in team handlingÂ
- Must understand payments space (preferably worked with payment gateways)
- Knowledge of sales, Training & understanding.
- Experience in product-focused sales and an organized approach to work
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with merchant by understanding their requirements
- Strong business acumen and product expertise
