Your Opportunity

• Program manage high-performance teams building India’s leading payments platform

• Program manage initiatives with stakeholders, including product strategy

• Be an agility catalyst and evangelist of best practices 

• Drive continuous improvements through data analytics to identify bottlenecks and find solutions

• Guide the teams in Sprint planning, Scrum of Scrums, Retrospectives

Skills/Experience

• Bachelor's degree or master's degree in engineering or a related field 

• Tech Program Management experience in product development and delivery

• Ability to work with stakeholders, understand requirements (analysis & elicitation), and write BRDs

• Technology savvy and knowledge of SaaS, Cloud technologies, CI/CD 

• Certifications in Agile methodologies and program management are a plus

EDUCATION
