Requirements:

• Networking and Firewall Expertise: Strong experience in the configuration and management of networking systems and firewalls.
• Scripting Skills: Proficiency in Bash or PowerShell scripting is required.
• Data Loss Prevention (DLP) & Email Solutions: Hands-on experience with DLP and email security solutions is essential.
• Netskope Experience: Prior experience with Netskope is a plus.
• Project Management: Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end, including conducting Proof of Concepts (POC) for new technologies/tools, and coordinating with vendors.
• Certifications: CCNA or firewall certifications are advantageous but not mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage advanced IT infrastructure including Single Sign On (SSO), email solution, DLP, network firewall, etc 
• Diagnose and resolve hardware/software network problems.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) for critical incidents.
  
• Managing complex IT issues, implementing and maintaining advanced systems and infrastructure, and ensuring the highest level of performance and security for the company's IT environment.
• Ensure system security & compliance standards, performance, and reliability
• Manage and maintain directory services and email solutions
• Lead and manage IT projects from conception to completion
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project success
• Drive continuous improvement in IT service delivery
• mentor junior staff and collaborate with various departments to support the company’s technology needs.
