The IT Engineer 4 is responsible for providing advanced technical leadership and support within the IT department. This role involves managing complex IT issues, implementing and maintaining advanced systems and infrastructure, and ensuring the highest level of performance and security for the company's IT environment. The IT will also mentor junior staff and collaborate with various departments to support the company’s technology needs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Advanced Technical Support:

• Provide expert level support for complex IT issues and escalations.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware/software network problems.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) for critical incidents.
  

2. Technical leadership 

• Design, implement, and manage advanced IT infrastructure including Single Sign*On (SSO), DLP, network firewall, etc
• Ensure system security & compliance standards, performance, and reliability.
• Manage and maintain directory services and email solutions 
• Lead and manage IT projects from conception to completion
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project success.
• Drive continuous improvement in IT service delivery

3.  Automation and Scripting knowledge 

• Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline and automate manual IT processes
• Working knowledge on Powershell and Bash is mandatory
