The Strategic Partnerships lead will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing relationships with key & strategic  partners to drive growth and enhance the company’s market position. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent relationship-building skills, strong business acumen, and a proven track record in managing high-impact partnerships.

What You Will Do:

  • Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners with big and relevant brands  to align with the company’s goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement partnership strategies to drive business growth wrt to Merchants , GMV and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to foster collaboration and ensure long-term success
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing any issues and identifying opportunities for mutual benefit
  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, compliance, risk) to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of partnerships
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential partnership opportunities
  • Analyze and report on partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partnership efforts with overall business strategy


What You Will Need:

  • 7-10 years of strategic partnership experience
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop long-term strategies and translate them into actionable plans
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to effectively influence and communicate to diverse audience internally and externally, especially at leadership levels
  • Proven track record of collaborative approach to problem solving, experience building internal relationships and operating effectively with cross-functional partners holders
  • Ability to think out of the box, innovate and find creative solutions to grow the business
  • Have experience building and fostering strong relationships with big international brands
  • Are an excellent negotiator; have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
