Associate Director - Strategic Partnerships

, ,The Strategic Partnerships lead will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing relationships with key & strategic partners to drive growth and enhance the company’s market position. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent relationship-building skills, strong business acumen, and a proven track record in managing high-impact partnerships.
What You Will Do:
- Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners with big and relevant brands to align with the company’s goals and objectives
- Develop and implement partnership strategies to drive business growth wrt to Merchants , GMV and revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to foster collaboration and ensure long-term success
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing any issues and identifying opportunities for mutual benefit
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, compliance, risk) to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of partnerships
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential partnership opportunities
- Analyze and report on partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partnership efforts with overall business strategy
What You Will Need:
- 7-10 years of strategic partnership experience
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop long-term strategies and translate them into actionable plans
- Strong communication skills with an ability to effectively influence and communicate to diverse audience internally and externally, especially at leadership levels
- Proven track record of collaborative approach to problem solving, experience building internal relationships and operating effectively with cross-functional partners holders
- Ability to think out of the box, innovate and find creative solutions to grow the business
- Have experience building and fostering strong relationships with big international brands
- Are an excellent negotiator; have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
